Foster Care Kids: A Sims 4 Challenge Idea in the works

Following the tragic death of your parents, a family of 4 siblings must care for each other and stay together while bouncing from home to home. To complete this challenge, you must raise "good kids" playing only the 4 children. The challenge must be completed before the teen ages up to young adult.

To raise "good kids" you must follow these rules:
1.) Sims must not have a Bad reputation.
2.) Play only the 4 children and do not play the foster family Sims in the existing homes you enter.
3.) Achieve Top Notch Toddler(s) before their birthday.
4.) Child should earn an A in school and be good friends with all the siblings before their birthday.
5.) Teen: Attend school regularly, earn an A grade, and then get a part time job.
6) No child can be taken away.

This challenge requires some set up for ease of play.
First create a family with a baby on the way. Once the baby is born,  use cheats (cas.fulleditmode) to create teen, child, and toddler siblings for the baby and kill/remove the parents.
Next, download from the gallery or create potential foster families, giving those families any stories or traits you desire and move them into the empty homes. What kind of families will the children encounter? Kind and Helpful or Materialistic Snobs who might ignore the children etc.,?
Then randomly choose a home/family and begin the challenge.

Moving:  Use dice, a spinner, or a random number generator to select a new home every 2-3 sim days and move the children into that family home. For example, Oasis Springs has 4 existing families and 9 empty homes. Assign a number 1-13 to the lots and use the number generator to decide where the children will be placed.   When they first enter a new home, you will have to give them a room with beds for all 4 kids.

Before aging up, each child must meet certain qualifications: 1.) The baby must become Good Friends with the teen before aging into a toddler. 2) The toddler(s) must reach level 3+ in all skills before aging up into a child. 3.) The Child must  be good friends with the siblings and earn an A in school 4.) The teen will sacrifice their needs and aspirations to care for the younger siblings. Once the children meet their goals; the teen can age up, move out, and petition the court for guardianship of their younger siblings. Congratulations on keeping your family together.  However; if the children do not meet their goals before the teen ages up, the court will deny custody and the younger siblings will remain in the Foster Care System.
